Return Policy

Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all modular combination cabinet products sold by MEIJI Furniture Aesthetics, including standard in-stock items and customized products. We strictly distinguish return rules for standard finished products and personalized customized furniture.

Return Eligibility (Standard Non-Custom Products)

Standard in-stock modular cabinets qualify for return or refund within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Products are unused, unassembled, unmodified, and kept in original packaging.

No scratches, stains, damage, or artificial wear on product surfaces and structures.

Valid order information, purchase proof, and product condition photos/videos are provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following situations do not support return, exchange, or refund:

All customized products: Products with custom size, custom color, structural modification, and personalized design are non-refundable once production begins.

Products damaged by incorrect assembly, improper use, artificial damage, or daily wear after installation.

Order cancellation requests after production arrangement or shipment.

Minor color difference caused by shooting light, screen display deviation, or personal color preference.

Quality Defect Solution

If products have factory quality defects (material flaws, structural errors, process defects) confirmed by pre-delivery inspection records, we provide free replacement, free accessory supplementation, partial refund, or full refund according to actual conditions.

Shipping & Processing Fees

Returns due to personal preference or buyer’s reasons: Buyer bears all return shipping fees and related restocking costs.

Returns due to factory quality problems: We bear return shipping fees and replacement costs.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle.
